Job Description:

We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team, focusing on maintaining HOA property, other assigned GMR property, and client properties. This role is fast-paced and requires exceptional attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills. Effective communication and safety are essential as you work independently or with a team to ensure client satisfaction.*Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:** Document all work performed on work orders, including details on time, labor, materials, and progress.* Coordinate and participate in job completion within the specified bid hours, scope, and specifications.* Communicate job progress and any change orders to the customer, obtaining approval as needed.* Follow job site safety rules and ensure a safe working environment.* Perform routine, ongoing, and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.* Order additional materials as required to complete tasks.* Analyze completed projects to ensure work is performed correctly and customer satisfaction is achieved.* Complete daily time sheets and submit them to the Business Office.* Document issues, delays, daily progress, subcontractor usage, materials purchased or returned, and weather-related delays in the job log.*Position Requirements:** Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school is a plus.* At least two years of experience in general maintenance or a related industry.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Stable job history and professional appearance.* Exposure to ammonia, bleach, and other cleaning agents.* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.* Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and use ladders up to 40 feet.* Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.#SMA123Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble
