• Controls the planning, flow, processes and operations within the plant targeting optimal cost efficiency and output ensuring on time delivery goals are met while following all company and local regulations including health and safety, quality and ISO standards. > > Assessment indicator : On time delivery/Costs/Budget/ Turnover/Stocks/Lead Times/Audit Results/FR1/FR2/Severity rate
  • Generates positive employee motivation and counsels staff on performance, attendance, annual reviews, skills and career development. > > Assessment indicator : Turnover, Performance appraisals, Productivity measures, Employee Surveys
    • Ensures processes for employee training and instruction in the proper tools and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations and operational standards. > > Assessment indicator : On time delivery/Costs/Budget/ Revenue/ Audit Results
