are looking for a visionary leader who will join our team as the
Director Product Solution Consultancy who serves as the bridge
between Lumen's customers and our product team. This highly visible
and outward-facing position requires a blend of customer advocacy,
consultative expertise, and architectural leadership to drive
product clarity and facilitate sales. This role will work very
closely with ecosystem partners in the Accelerated Growth Team
(AGT) organization at Lumen which includes Sales, Global
Partnerships, and more.The Main ResponsibilitiesAct as a customer
advocate, translating the language of AGT into clear and actionable
insights for the Product and Segment teams.Serve as a consultative
resource to facilitate sales, providing expert guidance and support
throughout the sales process.Engage with customers directly to
understand their needs, gather feedback, and foster long-term
relationships.Establish and maintain a product feedback loop,
incorporating customer insights into the applicable product teams
to enhance Lumen's offerings.Partner closely with Sales teams as
portfolio experts, offering deep product knowledge and strategic
advice to customers on what could enhance their experience and
better meet their needs.Embody the personality of a solution
architect, consultant, and evangelist, passionately promoting
Lumen's products and services.Lead a team of highly skilled
solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, customer
obsession, and technical excellence.Serve as the door and advocate
for the Service Design Group and Experience Strategy & Partner
Experience teams in the Global Partnerships function.What We Look
For in a CandidateBachelor's degree or higher in Business or a
related field.5+ years of experience in product solution
consultancy and/or customer advocacy.Proven experience and success
in customer engagement and strategic solution development within a
Product organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and
ecosystem teams within Lumen.Deep understanding of product
portfolio management and the ability to act as a subject matter
expert.Commitment to unbiased customer advocacy and the ability to
build trust without the influence of sales
incentives.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs
based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically
do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends
on each individual's qualifications.Location Based Pay
Ranges$128310 - $171080 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS,
NE, SC, and SD.$135060 - $180080 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA,
IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and
WY.$141820 - $189090 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC,
OR, and RI.$148570 - $198090 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC,
IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.As with the pay range variety
that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are
