A company is looking for a Servicing Transfers Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day loan boarding operations, ensuring successful
completion of loan data handling and notifications
Develop training materials and standard operating procedures to
operationalize boarding-related processes
Manage the servicing transfers team and act as the internal subject
matter expert for boarding processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a mortgage or financial technology
company
Deep understanding of mortgage servicing concepts and data
fields
Strong people management skills
7+ years of experience with Servicing Transfers is ideal
