TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Springfield, Tennessee, 37172 Pay Information $1,840 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift (19:00-07:00) Guaranteed Hours: [Please specify] Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred Must-Have: Basic Med/Surg experience, experience with post-op patients (especially ortho) Job Description: - Unit consists of 27 beds per floor with a 5:1 patient ratio. - Staffing includes unit secretaries during the day shift and techs available on all shifts. - Use of modern equipment such as brand new computers on wheels, Pyxis, and Welch Allen vital sign machines. - Documentation system transitioning from Medhost to Meditech. - Schedule requires 3 days a week with every other weekend. - Expectations include floating between designated units as needed. - Perform procedures like blood transfusions, IV, and central line maintenance. - Required to adhere to hospital-specific patient experience requirements. - Dress code involves wearing dark blue uniforms.
