Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Tennessee.
Shift: 12 hours

Hospital: TriStar Northcrest Location: Springfield,TN Address: Unit Name: MS2 & MS3 Building: Cost Center: 61259 & 61359 General Information Unit Specifics: - Number of Beds : 27 on each floor - Patient Ratios : 5:1 - Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretaries during the dayshift and techs on all shifts - Type of equipment : Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, Welch Allen vital sign machines - Documentation system: 3 days a week with every other weekend - Floating policy: will need to float between MS 2 and MS3 - Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- - Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : NA Procedures performed on unit: Blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenance Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS preferred but not required Dress Code : (Required uniform) - Dark blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. - Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. - Brand new computer on wheels and vital sign machines, transitioning to meditech from medhost as our documentation system
