Unit for a travel nursing job in Hermitage, Tennessee. Job
Description & Requirements
Number of Beds : 630 has 34 beds/ 633 has 25
Patient Ratios : 1:4 to 1:5 on days, 1:5 to 1:6 on nights
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: every other weekend requirement for
contract, 3 12 hour shifts a week
Floating policy: may have to float in between PCU units or float to
med-surg floors
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
