Seeking Field Service Engineer to deliver after-market support to customers in assigned territory for Automated Biomarker & Cell Signaling Assay Systems

*** Cell Sorting
*** Detection Antibodies Application
*** Electrochemiluminescent Labeling & Reading
*** Buffer Reading
*** Microplate Auto Loaders

System Components:

*** Micro Plates
*** Plate Electrodes
*** CCD Camera
*** Lens Systems
*** Motion Cotrollers
*** Bar Code Readers
*** Sample Stackers
*** Micropumps and Fluid Controls
*** Power Supplies
*** Central Processing Boards & Data Comm Boards
*** Control Interfaces, CPU and Displays

The Job:

*** Travel to customer site to provide repair and field service support on highly automated bioassay analysis equipment.

*** Commission and test equipment using certified test procedures to verify they are operating at peak efficiency.

*** Conduct on-site training and communicate with support staff on related technical issues.

*** Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service at customer sites.

*** Maintain first time fix and field response time customer satisfaction rate of 90% for assigned region.

*** Maintain a satisfactory parts inventory, requisitioning additional parts required to perform normal duties.

*** Provide feedback to Engineering Department on equipment reliability and design.
