$10k Sign-On Bonus Available
Eye Surgery Center of Nashville is seeking a skilled Certified
Surgical Technologist - to join our medical team who wants to work
Monday - Thursday with occasional half day Fridays. Eye Surgery
Center of Nashville is a single specialty Ophthalmology Ambulatory
Surgery Center in downtown Nashville. We are committed to producing

Job Summary:
Assists surgical team during operative procedures. - Arranges and
inventories sterile set-up for operation, and passes items as
needed to the operating team. - Assists in preparing and moving
patients, and in cleaning the operating theater. The OR Tech is
responsible for the provision of surgical care to meet identified
patient outcomes and to achieve the goals of the facility as
directed by the Registered Nurse. - - - -

Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Scrub Tech
program required
Must have Certified Surgical Technologist through National Board of
Surgical Technology and Surgical Assistant
Previous experience as a Scrub Tech for 2 years is desired
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively
collaborate with the team
Strong understanding of aseptic technique
